Q.
My 2 year 10 month old son suddenly started eye discharge. When he wake up from sleep, there is yellowish mucus on the eyes. This is happening since yesterday. What is the reason? Do I need to show it to the doctor? Please help.

Nidhi Vijay listen sleeping well which is why this could be happening for that you can get a check with your doctor well and sometimes and there is an allergy building of data Mojo this can happen so I would say Jesse to ones get it checked with your doctor for Chotu have better understanding
