Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. this occurs due to weather changes or simple cold and some times infection.
kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
any medicines required will be told by the doctor
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. You may especially notice this cough after your baby wakes up. Use two to three saline drops per nostril a few times throughout the day. Your baby may not love the sensation of the drops going into their nose, or they may sneeze. That's OK.
