my 2 month old baby tongue looks like this...like a fungus how to treat this

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. black tongue can be due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child and it should get cleaned with your clean finger. d if it is not decreasing in intensity after cleaning then you will have to rule out fungal infection of the tongue. d it is advisable to get the child examine by the doctor.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Thrush often goes away on its own in a few days. Your provider may prescribe antifungal medicine to treat thrush. You paint this medicine on your baby's mouth and tongue. If you have a yeast infection on your nipples, your provider may recommend an over-the-counter or prescription antifungal cream.
