Q.
My 2 month old baby spits up after every feed despite burping (during and after feeds), feeding in elevated position, keeping him upright after feeds etc. I also tried changing my diet. I have been taking vitamin C tablets twice a day. Can vitamin C cause reflux?

usually it is normal among young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding.
so don't worry.
just make sure your child latches properly because sometimes babies drink milk too fast and swallow air with milk which gets trapped in stomach and then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
maintain good hygiene.
