Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. no do not apply that you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi parent Please don't apply anything over it for now you may consult your pediatrician as it should not be treated at home take sunbathing daily with her and ears covered in the morning avoid over yse of diapers keep her hydrated
