A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domsta.l drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.

A. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for every 2 to 3 hours. Burp the baby after every feed. As long as your baby is active and your, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day then nothing to worry. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
