Q.
My 2 month baby boy has had a dry cough for 2 days. Please suggest to me what to do? Also he has gotten dandruff for 3 days. I applied hair oil (Johnson baby) and shampoo (sebamed). Should I change his shampoo?

I am a new mom, so I was confused.
I consulted with the paediatrician yesterday. He gave MAXTRA oral drops for dry cough and NASIVION nose drops.
And yes that's dandruff on his head, which was due to dry skin. The doctor gave KETOCONAZOLE cream and PHYSIOGEL for dandruff and dry skin. Also he suggested applying coconut oil on the baby's scalp.

We do not advised to self medicate and depending upon the situation your doctor would I do with the correct medicine that you should be going ahead with apart from that also I would like to tell you that you’re getting confused, it may not be dandruff issues it could just be cradle cap which is again very common with kids are
