my 2 kids one is 3yr n 2 yr both r suffering from severe cold. nose blocked n cannot breath

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be vercy useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frhequently .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Drop saw both your kids and you can repeat it after four hours or five hours depending upon the need along with that also you can go ahead with giving steam to the age kids indirectly twice or thrice in a day
