My 2.8 yes daughter is having motions for last two days, do tor prescribed ors, andial and econorm but no improvement from last 48 hrs, please suggest

A. Formula also should be stopped?

A. Along with the medicine it’s very important that you completely stop giving milk because that actually increases the number of loose motion yet if you Siri are you even after taking precautions it’s not helping then get a stool test done to know maybe it is due to stomach infection
