Q.

My 2.8 years old son is continuously spinning things and obsessed with fan .He is able to understand other things and play with his brother a lot .But till this time he is not able to communicate his needs and understand simple sentences.

A. Mam there could be speech delay that your child is having which is why I think it would be best for you to consult your doctor for further assistance your doctor will be able to help you in terms of therapy that you need to start with for your child
