my 2.7year old daughter was having fever and now she point towards eye and also forehead near eye that I have pain ... please guide me what to do .. today she is fyn still she said I have pain on firgead near eye .. please help.me..🙏

A. sir if possible reply .. she now after woke up she twinkle her eyes often .. at times I think she feel funny but at times no she is not doing it deliberately .. even after yesterday consultation with opthomologist he said she is not co-operating and said still after check it's all because of fever and dehydration .. please help me y she is twinkling her eyes often. thanks in advance respected sir.

A. it's due to fever the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
