Q.
My 2.5 years old niece has not yet started speaking sentences other than few words, but most of them are not clear. She is living in a joint family, still cries a lot when her mom (home maker) is not around or away for a few minutes. Also she cries a lot and is really stubborn at times. Is this separation anxiety or something else to be worried?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. please continue to interact all the family members take the help of a speech therapist. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
