Q.

my 2.5 year old son is not speaking. he barely speaks a word or two. is this normal ? his other milestones were also delayed by 4 to 6 months.

A. most of the babies whether age of will speak small sentences of two to three words this baby doesn't have proper vocabulary and other milestones r delayed probably you have to evaluate the baby

A. Hello If your child has already delayed in the milestones then it is normal for a child to speak less as of now I’m just going to advise you to consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same the doctor would be able to guide you correctly on this issue
