My 2.5 months old breastfed baby is not passing stools since 5days. please suggest what can i do?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hiparents ,do not worry about the stool frequency as of now , some babies may pass stool after 5 to 7 days watch for the feeding aspect, in case there are no associated symptoms like vomiting or bloauting abdomen no need to worry of
