Q.
My 2.4 year baby is suffering from runny nose,headache,slight fever.Can I give maxtra syrup and calpol 120 mg to him?

This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and cpain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

monitor the temperature at regular intervals
give steam inhalation
use Nasoclear saline nasal drops
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
