my baby had runny nose with cough with fever since friday i give him syp calpol 120 n syp monticope still she is not recovered what should I do

A. after medicines if the child is not improving it is important to take a follow up after 3 days with the doctor and also give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination as well as turmeric with milk
