my 2.3yrs old baby suffer from cold and cough. we consult a doctor take a medicine. after using syrup some relief from cold but cough as usual. i will use to cold n cough 👉dextromethorphan hydrobromide, and chlorpheniramine maleate syrup. it's best or not ?give me a suggestion please.

A. if baby suffering from repeat cold and cough then it can be due to chest infections or better consult your doctor and get a proper examination done that will be the best for baby
