Q.

My 2.1 year daughter understands everything but doesn't speak much except mumma, papa, animal sounds. She does hand flapping and hand leading. what should we do?

A. Hai good morning !! Baby speaking less words according to age. Saying alphabets,sounds,ads is not speech . Baby responding to our commands,asking needs then its speech. Avoid screen time ,consult Developmental Paediatrician as baby making hand movement go for assessment also keep talking with baby and wait for baby reply help baby while starting speech,repeat the words when baby starts speaking.
