my 1yr 5 months old baby girl got red rashes over the body heavily on legs and thigs & slightly on stomach and hands on the next day it fully over body and temperature also rise will it cause any seriousness please give me suggesion

Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
