my 1y9m baby boy feet skin is getting peeling off, any deficiency or its normal change

A. can be due to dry winters.. Use pure petroleum Vaseline Jelly, It contains no impurities because it is triple-purified and highly refined. Applying petroleum jelly daily will help. tc
