my 1month 10 days old had fever and loose green colour watery motions and feeling uncomfortable docter told that he had stomach infection and prescribed some medicine s cyclopam drops 0.5 ml 2 times and anti biotic oflobid -OR suspension, 0.5ml 2 times a day, paracetamol drops 0.5 ml for every 4 hours according to baby temperature, and clearliv drops -0. 5 ml drops 2 times a day my baby is exclusive ly breastfeeding is this medicines safe for my baby plz reply
