my 18 months old got a small cut on the ear lobe then she started scratching that it became big and the fluid coming out of that wound spread to the whole ear the wound is not healing since 1 week which ointment is good i applied betaine

yoh can apply t-bact ointment couple of times a day.
keel the affected ear clean and dry,
cut your childs nail short.
