My 18 months baby is getting smell in his mouth like elders .. what should i do for it ?

A. If you have not yet started to brush the teeth of the mouth you should do that and still even after brushing them maintaining proper oral hygiene the problem is still there then in that case you will have to get it checked with the dentist to know and understand better about the situation
