my 18 month old had good eating habits since he started solids. I never had to force him. however since 7 days he's had cold and cough and refused to eat anything. i let it go for one day didn't force him. But since he was taking medicine i didn't want him to go empty stomach so i started force feeding him. he's still unwell but he refuses to eat even his favourite dishes. i think he's developed negative feelings towards food. How do I fix this
