Instead encourage self feeding snacks, finger foods.
Avoid sugar, processed, packed,junk, oily foods which reduce appetite, include fruit and vegetables , salads, Soups,rice starch, water to improve appetite naturally .
Let her decide by giving different textures , different tastes observe taste preference some may like plain - dal rice, roti with dal,curd,ragi porridge, cerelac while some like idly ghee, mashed rice with rasam,dosa,upma, porridge, kichdi and plan accordingly.
