Q.

My 16 year old daughter has a deficiency of Iron (23.7 ug/dl), Vitamin B12 (291 pg/ml), Vitamin D (6.88 ng/ml)... Please suggest suitable Supplements & actions to be taken to improve the levels... Thanks & Regards,

A. hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please give daily sun light exposure please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
