I have a vitamin D & Vitamin B12 deficiency.

A. dear mom. if you have the above deficiency then it is preferable to consult your doctor for further medical management for the same after examination n visiting your reports ok

A. Hey! Vitamin B12 is found primarily in animal products like dairy, eggs, meat, or poultry and fortified foods. For vitamin D, it is fortified dairy, egg yolks , good amount of sunlight and fatty fish. Consult your doctor for guidance.
