Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be result of weather change, stomach upset , dehydration , Mouth ulcers, teething,worm Infection etc so , if there is symptoms like nausea , child is having itching at anal area ,worm in stool , irritability etc then you need to visit your pediatrician for deworming.
