My 16 months old is not walking nor he point to things he want ...is it normal

No because at this age kids should point really very well at the sink because they have a very proper understanding by this age and walking can happen by the age of 16 to 17 months so you can encourage your child to do that but for appointing an understanding I believe it’s better to consult your doctor regarding the issue
