POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is fine if baby has not passed stool since two days as it might be due to less water and other fluids intake. Keep him well hydrated with fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage the stomach in clockwise motion and move the legs in cycling rotation to ease him pass stool. Also feed fiber rich foods like oats, beans, peas, broccoli, dry fruits, fruits with peel, legumes, cereals, wheat pasta and bread, etc.
