Q.
my 15 month old baby girl is quite a disturbed sleeper...in the sense she rolls a lot in the bed and few times quite like she is in a deep sleep, dreaming...she turns a lot with her head moving in all directions of the bed ...she might just sit up cry and then roll off to sleep again... so my wife consulted a doctor and she recommended my kid mentat syrup from himalaya....am not so sure what to make of it as I feel kids can do such things as they develop，and is it safe for such young ones to take medication such as mentat

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
In children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlexsrs may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.
