My baby girl is 10 months old, for the past 3-4 days she is having a quite disturbed sleep, wakes up a lot immediately I feed her and she goes back to sleep what might be the reason

Hello mom it could be either gas issues , which is quite commonly occurs in babies. other is hunger as they are growing their requirements also increases so gradually increase their solid intake and now as per their age they can be given soft consistency diet as well.
