Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the sacme time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any envcironmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations asx well as the mattress problem
Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear While it might sometimes seem like your little one could run on little to no sleep, the reality is that 2-year-olds still need to be sleeping quite a bit each day. Kids this age need between 11 and 14 hours of sleep every 24 hours, often split between a nap and their nighttime sleep.
