my 15 month baby boy is not doing eye contact .is it normal?

A. Hey! Well, we cannot really consider to be normal. Eye Contact generally develops by four and six months. Please limit the screen time and communicate more effectively with your child. Consult your doctor for a proper evaluation and guidance.
