My 14 month's old baby will not talk more word's... she said few words only (Hai, Amma, daddy, Nana, catty.... )surrounding people says she was dumb.... please tell me is this dumb or not? Tell me signs about dumb

A. itnis ok for this age. Speech is a gradual process to become clear and good . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time like T . V or mobike screen . Also help of any speech therapist can be taken .
