Q.

my 14 month baby os on 4 meals per day. should i increase solid meal? she doesn't take fm in between. what should I do?

A. Dear mum, you can add one more meal during the day. So, 3 major meals and 2 healthy snacks in between and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed baby till 2 years.
