my 14 month baby boy have 6 teeth, 2 lower and 4 upper jaw, but since last month no tooth coming out, it is normal, plz share your suggestion.

A. ok normal the eruption can continue up to 2 years. the eruption of teeth in the baby is physiological process baby will not have any vomitings loose motions or fever please message the gums of the baby with the finger and apply dento gel
