my 13 month old baby having watery diarrhoea from the morning for 7 times what could be the reason,is that means emergency

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is having infection the reason for watery diarrhoea Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk

Give enterogermina sachet with zinc supplements
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
