my daughter is 13 months old, she is having 100.6 C fever with watery diarrhoea, please advise

A. this is infection baby is having its proper medication It is very important to avoid dehydration in the baby e give ORS coconut water fruit juices along with zinconia syrup 5ml 2 times a day and enterogermina
