A. dear parent, milk intake should not be more than 500 ml per day including milk products. avoid giving milk prior to meals. Avoid bottle feeding. young babies have small stomach capacity so give small frequent meals encourage feeding by self and along with the family. do not force feed. engage child in loving conversations and stories.

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care
