My 13 days old baby is breathing fastly at sometimes, is it normal or any attention needed?

Its Completely normal don’t worry about it but if it is very frequently the time is breathing heavily then maybe your child is approaching it cold or something so in that case it would be advisable to assist with your paediatrician ones that will be better to go for
