My 114 days old son is 5kg 300 grams Is the weight of my son is normal. He looks so slim and not gaining weight

Make sure that while feeding, the baby empties one breast first before moving on to the next breast as the milk that comes towards the end is hind milk, which is rich in fat. This helps in healthy weight gain of the baby.
