my girl is 2 year 8 months old...she is not gaining much weight looks slim.....what to do....

A. Dear mum, if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for baby’s age then don’t worry. For healthy weight gain, give 5 to 6 meals a day. The meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eggs and non veg foods. Pulses and legumes. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits and nuts Add ghee to baby’s food.
