include fruits, veggies in the diet.
papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation.
still no improvement, consult paediatrician

please do the following things:
keep your child well hydrated.
offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomato soup,prune juice, fruits like pear papaya plum banana etc, to your child which makes digestion easy.
provide natural Probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc to your child which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine.
avoid Bakery food
give massage to your child daily
give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands.
move your child's legs in cycling motion.
maintain good hygiene
