First u can determine if anything is bothering your kid related to health like teething or cough or cold or stuffy nose or stomach pain anything of that sort. If everything looks good just give ur kid a break. Feed solids frequently even if ur kid takes very less amount. Don't force ur kid to finish the meal. Stop it when he or she says no then the next feed u can give earlier. Slowly ur kid will be back to normal. Try giving ur baby finger foods (without choking hazard and you are sure ur baby can chew well and eat) which ur baby can feed on their own . Don't worry about the mess. Some babies don't like to eat until they explore the food themselves. Also try to change the routine menu and introduce new recipes following the two day gap rule. Use different colored plates in different shapes and different types of spoons in different colours to get ur child's attention.
