Q.

my 11 month old is weighing 7 kgs.... he is born with 3.2kg weight..... he is eating for two days and he will not eat for other two days.... currently dr suggested neopeptine for hunger and digestion.... advise any food to increase weight.... he mostly prefer to eat dal, Dalila, boiled veggies, rice.

A. hi, You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, dal roti, sheera, raab, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
