my 11 month old baby boy has pimples like something on head .... which comes automatically and dried itself...is there any issue

A. It could be due to some allergy in the head of your child could be associated with some infection also so if you haven’t consulted your doctor yet for a physical assessment you may as well do so and accordingly whatever guidance can be recommended accordingly
