A. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and if she doesn’t recognise faces and doesn’t give her eye contact so see if she has a galactosemis/mental insufficiency so consult with paediatrician and eye specialist sos

A. this is normal behavior in some baby's.. some babies will take time to get comfortable, mingle with others.. as they met other more and more then start mingling with other.. try to make the baby comfortable.. encourage the baby..
