Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello try to keep baby hydrated well as much as possible just use cotton wear clothes make a baby comfortable give the proper feeding just make a baby to eat the fruits like orange grapes this kind of fruits will help your baby to get rid of dehydration
