my 10th month baby has loose motions for 4 days her weight 8.6 which medicine I have given my baby?which food can I give to my baby ?

Entrogermina Can be given to the child in the state and apart from that it is going to be very important for you that you do not give milk for the timing because milk is proven to increase diarrhoea so don’t go for that give more of banana and could kindly consult a paediatrician as well
